Good corporate governance is fundamental to ASMA Capital’s business model. ASMA Capital’s activities are conducted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of good governance and best practice.
ASMA is controlled through the Board of Directors that meets regularly throughout the year and is responsible to the shareholders. The Ethics Policy represents the standard of conduct which all ASMA employees are expected to meet in their business endeavours.
Internal Audit completes a programme of work each year that provides assurance that the internal controls are operating as designed and also proposes improvements where appropriate and necessary.
