EMA Power is as a joint venture between the IDB Infrastructure Fund II and Daelim Energy, a subsidiary of South Korean construction conglomerate Daelim Industrial. The joint venture seeks to acquire, develop and manage conventional and renewable power assets, throughout the IDB member countries in the Middle East, Southwest Asia, Africa and CIS.
EMA Power operates assets with a capacity totaling 1,475MW and is offering other opportunities in power and renewables.
